Zero Install Injector 1.3 in German

The open-source developer Thomas Leonard has published his installation Zero Install Injector system in version 1.3.
The new version brings some minor improvements. The downloading of software packages is for example no more than several processes but rather multiple threads. There is also a German localization as well as support for Network Manager in version 0.9. Communicate with the keyserver is being held on a properly authenticated HTTPS connection.
