The previously proprietary UML designer Modelio is now available under GPLv3.
The manufacturer also has one Modeliosoft SF site set up for interested developers. The Eclipse-based GUI application controls UML 2 and business language BPMN 2, with additional modules, TOGAF, SoaML and SysML.
