After years of development a new version of the desktop environment TDE 3.5.13 (Trinity Desktop Environment aka Trinity), which is a continuation of KDE 3.5.10. This release includes not only the correction of accumulated errors, but also a few new features.

Exactly 15 years ago announced Ettrich to the project to create the place of many window managers and mature applications with a unified desktop environment.

The KDE project has completed the first version of Active Plasma, published on a mobile device fitted surface.
Active plasma was in development for some time and now the first official version reached. It is a variant of the KDE Plasma desktop, which like the netbook version is optimized for small screens, but also on touch screens.
