For the upcoming version 3.1 of the trouble ticket system OTRS OTRS AG developed a generic interface that enables data exchange with external programs.
OTRS AG is the largest manufacturer and provider of OTRS . The freely available since 2001, trouble ticket system was developed by Martin Edenhofer launched and developed over time into one of the most popular trouble-ticket systems.
