Ubuntu 12.10: chose the codename

By tradition Ubuntu uses a name and an adjective that start with the same letter to give the code name for the version of Ubuntu, these names are in alphabetical order, if the next relase, Ubuntu 12.04 Precise Pangolin, will be the exponent of the letter P , the next logically be the Q, and we want to talk about this, it was announced by Mark Shuttleworth himself.
