Published the first version patchseta pf-kernel for Linux 3.1

With a little delay related to lack of necessary patches, published the first version patchseta pf-kernel for a fresh kernel Linux v3.1.
In this version:
- Stabilization Patch v3.1.1 Linux ;
- patchset from Kona Kolivasa (Con Kolivas) 3.1.0-CK2 , including a newer revision process scheduler BFSv415;
- IO scheduler BFQ v3-r1 ;
- alternate subsystem hibernation TuxOnIce as of v3.1-rc8;
- patch , which reduces power consumption to the level of Linux v2.6.37.
