Release Transmission 2.70 and 2.71

The release of bittorrent-client Transmission 2.70, and after it was immediately released version 2.71 to fix one bug that crashes on the platform Mac OS X.

Major changes:

  • significantly increased the speed of the protocol μTP;
  • ajust bug in encrypted connections and the scheduler speed limiter;
  • Fixed crash when processing certain magnetic references;
  • for now requires GTK + 3.4 or newer releases;
  • improved Web client.
