MythTV 0.26 Released

After more than a year of development the release of Media Center MythTV 0.26.

Key new features:

  • Support for playback and recording of network stream broadcasting protocol HTTP Live Streaming.
  • Rule templates record.
  • Developers can replace themes option schedule new widgets. For example, you can remove items from the menu redkoispolzuemye base window schedule.
  • Duplicate check on the list of pre-recorded programs.



Major changes:

  • Translation of the internal time on UTC.
  • The new program Mythlogserver for uniform service to all queries to the logs.
  • Support for HTTP Live Streaming in AirPlay.
  • Rewrote the server RAOP, used Airtunes and AirPlay.
  • The format of config.xml, mysql.txt no longer used.
  • The themes can be adjusted titles and subtitles.
  • In rapid adjustment added scalability subtitles.
  • The new status of the record: rsOtherTuning and rsOtherRecording.
  • Added keyboard shortcuts for TOGGLESHUFFLE and TOGGLEREPEAT.
  • In mythutil option available – parse-video-filename.
