JRuby 1.7.0 released

After polutoraletnego break out JRuby 1.7.0. 
Important changes and bug fixes:

  • 1.9.3 by default;
  • standard library is updated to the latest version 1.9.3p286;
  • Support dynamic (some call it the most important introduction);
  • java 6 + by default, java 5 is no longer supported;
  • All known Fixed a problem with the encoding;
  • rake has been updated to 0.9.2.2, rubygems to 1.8.24;
  • improved proizoditelnost and thousands Fixed a bug.
