So would the software manufacturer to demonstrate the sufficiency and efficiency of DirectFB, the core requires about 1.5 MB of memory. To this end, waived the LGPL-licensed software in part to the server-client architecture of X11. DirectFB supports multicore systems and OpenGL ES2 and has a mechanism for inter-process Komunnikation (IPC), and a window manager. This joins with Ilixi a toolkit for application developers. It is also under the LGPL, and should be satisfied on the ARM architecture with 512 MB of memory.
