Ubuntu 12.10 will be possible with the Nautilus 3.4 or Nemo

by admin ·

Because the developers chose Nautilus rate to simplify the interface and functional cuts (rejection of the side panel, two-pane view and displaying the kind of compact folders), the developers Canonical have decided to refuse to supply Ubuntu 12.10 with Nautilus 3.6 while in the test version of Ubuntu has enabled Nautilus 3.5 .5 (which is upgraded to stable version 3.6), in favor of the Nautilus 3.4, or join forces with the developers ofNemo and include them in the fork of a future distribution.

In addition to this, the developer of Ubuntu Sebastien Bacher said that since Gnome does not plan their work in advance, to prevent such “surprises”, Ubuntu can even follow the GNOME with one cycle delay.
