PyPy 1.9

Came the next version of PyPy – Implementation of the programming language Python, which is written in Python and can compile itself. The main change in this release is a significant performance boost. On average, the test package increase productivity PyPy 1.8 is about 4%. PyPy is about 5.5 times faster than the classic CPython.
This release implements the interface is still Python 2.7.2.
