Android 4.1 Jelly Bean

On passing the San Francisco conference «Google I / O» was announced a new version of Android – 4.1 «Jelly Bean».

The main changes are:

  • new modes of buffering and synchronization for output to the screen, through which applications will be more responsive to user actions and accurately display the animation and scrolling the screen;
  • voice input to the offline-mode, a voice reading out the results of search;
  • support for images in the screen notifications, additional action buttons in the notification;
  • automatic scaling of widgets;

  • high resolution photos in the contacts;
  • support for USB audio devices and the processing and forwarding of audio streams.
