Europe has banned sales of Samsung S, SII and Ace for infringement of patents Apple

In Europe, the decision of the Court of Justice banned the supply of phones Samsung Galaxy S, S II, Ace because of patent infringement Apple. The ban comes into force on 15 October.
The patent, called “Managing photos on your mobile device,” describes a method for scrolling with your fingers the Gallery on the screen. Judge Brinkman also said that the decision may be reversed in case of removal of the device software that violates the patent Apple, or in case of upgrade devices to Android 3.x, where the patent is not violated.
Interestingly, this functionality is standard in Android 2.3, but the claim was presented to the devices from Samsung.
The court rejected Apple’s claims under other articles, in particular, the claims of copying the look and interface elements iPad and iPhone by Samsung.
